Project: Web-Based Quote and Purchase Order System

Client: Custom Marketing Company

Summary: Client considered many shrink-wrapped software solutions, none of which matched their business process well enough to merit the high-dollar investment. We designed a web-based system that matched their work flow and document requirements exactly. Work which was formerly done in Word and Excel is now done in a single environment with historical information and documentation retained in a database rather than on various desktop computers and in filing cabinets. Selected Active Server Pages for ease of maintenance and MySQL database to contain costs. The system is fully documented to simplify training future employees.
