Our Recruiting Process

Successful recruiting for any business involves several phases. The system we have created, and the thorough implementation of that system, has enabled us to become very experienced at finding exactly the right candidates for our clients.

PHASE 1: Attracting Applicants.

We attract applicants through our industry network. This service, as well as any advertising and promotion is free of charge to our clients. We continuously promote our placement services, attracting many new highly qualified candidates each week. While we also use traditional means to find candidates, it is  through our industry network that we locate the best people, and that sets us apart from other recruiters.

Because we screen the most attractive candidates on a continuing basis, odds are we already have excellent candidates in our database when you give us your requirements.

PHASE 2: Eliminating candidates who do not fit the requirements.

We do this time-consuming task for you, saving work for your Human Resources department and hiring manager. We use a two-step screening process to screen a candidate's background and technical skills.

First, we identify the candidate's ideal job, reasons for leaving previous jobs, salary requirements, tolerance for travel and overtime, and so forth. Next, we conduct a technical screening to determine the level of skill possessed by a candidate. As needed, we additionally screen for specific skills as requested by the client. Because of our screening process, we are able to present a handful of targeted candidates, each of whom is likely to be a very good fit. This sets us apart from other recruiters, who often hand you a huge pile of unscreened resumes. We save untold hours for HR and hiring managers.

PHASE 3: Setting up interviews and reference checks.

The interviewing process is greatly streamlined by our technical screening and background information. 

Imagine what it would be like to have, before the interview, details about the candidate's interests, technical skills and other requirements. We get this information to you before you decide to interview. We also do reference checks and provide this information to help your decision-making.

PHASE 4: The offer.

We can help speed the offer and negotiation process and bring it to a successful conclusion. While compensation negotiations are not always necessary, we are expert in handling them when called for, making delicate negotiations easier for both parties. We keep our commitment of saving you time and energy by tracking down the candidates for "just one more" question, interview or reference until you are satisfied that you have found the match you have been looking for.
