Rates
Contract and Outsourced Rates
Our contract rates are based on three factors:
- Required technical skills. If the requirements demand skills which are very specialized, harder to find, and/or very senior, premium rates may apply. More common skills tend to fit within industry standard rates.
- Project duration. Longer term commitments, such as contracts extending beyond nine months, may help reduce rates. You can expect to pay a premium for shorter consulting stints. For very short consulting assignments, and for those requiring travel, daily rates are available.
- Schedule intensity and deadlines. If the work demands long hours with very tight deadlines, this can increase the rate.
Please note that we do everything possible to keep overhead low, so that we can charge very competitive rates. We consistently find the best talent at better rates than other consulting groups. Fixed cost bids are also possible.
Direct Hire Recruiting
Our direct-hire recruiting fees are typically 25% of first year's salary.
