Project: Point-of-sales and back office software

Client: Retail consignment shop

Summary: Client had an outdated DOS-based system, not Y2K-compliant. They asked us to design a new system using modern technologies with additional point-of-sale functionality. We created sales and back-office applications that use barcode tag generation and scanning capabilities. The GUI is successfully used by sales personnel who are not computer literate.

Technologies: Visual Basic, Microsoft Access, Sheridan Controls, Wasp Barcode Software
