No two days will be the same as you perform development tasks on several systems, manage large sets of data and work as an analyst to translate business requirements and needs into technical specifications.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's of Computer Science or equivalent
REQUIRED
- Excellent database and SQL query writing skills
- Good full stack ASP.NET Web development skills
- Experience in a systems analyst role eliciting requirements from end users and translating them into technical specifications
- Good skill prioritizing multiple projects as well as skill in task shifting in an effective manner
PREFERRED
Experience with Knockout.js
OVERVIEW
- You will work on new feature development for an existing ASP.NET Web application. The stack for this application consists of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, CSS, KnockoutJS, Jquery, Razor, UnderscoreJS, Aspose, Bootstrap
- You will often be asked to manipulate data to import it into SQL Server or export it from SQL Server. Customer data sets may require some work to establish an ETL paradigm that permits a clean import. You may also need to tweak the existing schema to support ongoing development.
- From time to time you will need to maintain a legacy system that is in occasional use. The stack for this application consists of Classic ASP, Delphi, Access Reporting, Visual Basic. For this application, ability and willingness to read/manipulate is what's needed. No extensive experience in this stack is required.
- You will also work on a third-party Software as a Service (Saas) application, primarily assisting in the translation of end user requirements into implementation recommendations for custom development by the vendor.
