LOCATION
Ann Arbor, MI
Our client's headquarters are in Ann Arbor, MI. In this role, you will work remotely from your home office with some onsite presence at the corporate office and at client sites in southeast Michigan. You must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally.
COMPENSATION
$28 - $36/hour
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. During the contracting phase, you will be an employee of Stout Systems and eligible for benefits.
Upon conversion to employment with our client, you will be eligible for a generous benefit package including 401K with a 5% match.
REQUIRED FOR WINDOWS AND NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
- 5+ years' experience in a Windows or Network administration role, include 2+ years' experience installing and maintaining local area networks
- 2+ years' experience with Hyper-V
- 1+ years' experience with Office365
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols (LAN/WAN configuration, routing, NAT, firewalling/IP tables, as well as IPSEC, V-LAN, Link Aggregation, DNS, etc.
- Solid experience with administration of Windows workstation and server operating systems including, user profile disks, Microsoft RDG, Azure AD, print redirection
- Experience administering a 50+ node network including firewalls
- The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-service focus, will enjoy solving problems and will be a lifelong learner.
- You must be vaccinated against COVID-19 for this role.

- Our client is a managed service provider providing IT support to clients across all industries and of varying size and complexity.
- In this role you will provide stellar IT Support via a mix of on-site and remote visits to some of 125 clients in 10 states. You don't have to go out of state unless you want an opportunity to have a work/paid vacation.
