Bachelors in Marketing or Advertising (or equivalent experience)
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MARKETING MANAGER
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Exceptionally organized
- Ability to juggle multiple projects
- Proficiency with a CRM and MS Office products
PREFERRED
- Experience with any of the following software would be helpful:
-Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator
-Emma (or other email creation and scheduling software)
-Camtasia
-Teachable (or online classroom concept)
-Google Analytics
-QuickBooks
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL EVENTUALLY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
- CRM Administration (our client uses Act! but any system experience is useful)
- Assist with writing and distributing press releases
- Coordinating company newsletter including soliciting articles from engineers, laying out newsletter, and distributing it through an automated email system.
- Taking actions to learn about and improve organic SEO
- Plan, schedule, create, and execute all digital and print ads including tradeshow ads, print ads, and online media.
- Content planning and posting on LinkedIn.
- Sales support including attending daily meetings, facilitating follow up on leads with salespeople and international distributors, following a sale through the production and shipping process to make sure all steps are completed. This is approximately 1/3 of the time.
- Product video coordination and execution for both training videos and promotional videos.
- Oversee product literature, including product specifications, application notes, and case studies.
- Tradeshow Coordination
- Oversee the company website, including responsibility for testing, creating news items, updating content as necessary, and offering suggestions for improvement.
- Tracking and reporting monthly Key Performance Indicators using queries from the CRM and data from Google Analytics.
