COMPENSATION
Up to $80K depending on skills and experience (potentially higher for an exceptional fit candidate)

REQUIRED FOR TECH SUPPORT MANAGER (SCIENTIFIC SOFTWARE)
- Minimum 3 years as a manager overseeing a technical support department in a scientific software domain
- Solid experience overhauling tech support processes and procedures to bring them into alignment with current best practices
- A strong Windows software background so that you can provide support for Windows installation issues, driver issues, etc.
