Tech Support Manager (Scientific Software)

We are searching for a Tech Support Manager to oversee the support of scientific instrumentation software.

Our client is a globally recognized leader in their industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for overhauling our client's current support process to bring it into alignment with best practices.

LOCATION
Ann Arbor, MI area

COMPENSATION
Up to $80K depending on skills and experience (potentially higher for an exceptional fit candidate)

This role is 100% onsite.

REQUIRED FOR TECH SUPPORT MANAGER (SCIENTIFIC SOFTWARE)
  • Minimum 3 years as a manager overseeing a technical support department in a scientific software domain
  • Solid experience overhauling tech support processes and procedures to bring them into alignment with current best practices
  • A strong Windows software background so that you can provide support for Windows installation issues, driver issues, etc.
