We are searching for a Technical Lead with a solid Web programming background in Java, C# or Python.

The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency type environment with constantly shifting priorities. Leading others so that they can succeed in this environment will be a focus for this role.

REQUIRED

• Solid Web programming background with Java, C# or Python
• Must have experience in the creative/marketing domain
• Must be able to lead and add value to others on the team
• Will be expected to bounce from project to project, and technology to technology, so being able to learn, adapt and deal with pressure is a must.
