We are searching for an Associate Product Manager to define product specifications for our server based database and solving engines and communicate product capabilities to customers.

LOCATION

COMPENSATION
90-110K

TRAVEL

• 25% (North America and Europe)

REQUIRED

• Willingness to become technically competent with client’s product and associated tools. Must be willing to become competent enough to intelligently discuss the product with customers and their IT departments.
• Must be knowledgeable in technology, particularly Windows and browser-based applications, including Microsoft Office, Access and/or SQLServer. Deep experience with these tools will greatly enhance your creative contribution to client’s product suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED

• Experience in supply chain and supply chain network design.

OVERVIEW

• Work with the product manager to support the entire product line life-cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Specify market requirements for initial and subsequent product releases by listening to feedback from customers, partners, client consultants and potential customers.
• Drive a solution set across teams (primarily Development and Marketing) through functional requirements and market positioning.
• Develop pre-sales demonstration materials.
• Work with release management and documentation to prepare help and training materials as well as quality assurance test plans.
• Support internal and external customers as a technical resource as needed.
