We are searching for a Senior .NET developer to work in a fun and challenging environment. This is a group that values creativity and exploration of new technologies and welcomes contributions to every level of the development process.

You will design, develop, and test feature-rich .NET desktop applications, mostly as part of a small team. You will also support existing business applications for internal and external stakeholders while taking ownership of projects and driving them through to completion.

This role will play a key part in making appropriate design and architecture decisions.

LOCATION
Ann Arbor, MI

COMPENSATION
Up to 100K (potentially higher for exceptional-fit candidate)

REQUIRED

• Experience developing Windows Desktop Applications using C# and/or VB.NET.
• Experience with SQL Server 2005/2008 including relational database design.
• Experience developing Windows Forms and/or WPF applications using Visual Studio.
• Experience leading and mentoring a small team.
• Experience with architecture and design duties.

PREFERRED

• Experience with multi-threaded applications and parallel programming issues.
• Experience developing Web services and distributed system components.
• Experience developing Web applications using ASP.NET and AJAX.
• Experience with HTML5, MVC and emerging Web technologies.
