COMPENSATION

REQUIRED
- Minimum of an Associates Degree in related discipline
- Extensive history working as a User Experience professional including a working knowledge of Accessibility
- Experience with at least one wireframing tool (Axure, Balsamiq, Visio, etc.)
- Portfolio of work product that you can share or present
PREFERRED
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- Experience with Axure
- Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
- Experience in a leadership role

- The Director of User Experience will work with User Experience Designers to develop a deep understanding of our client's target users and create interactions that exemplify the qualities of the User Experience Honeycomb.
- You will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the UX process. You will be expected to perform interviews and observations with stakeholders, create personas, and produce design concepts targeting their needs. You will also participate in usability testing, publish wireframe specifications for final designs, and work with Development and QA during implementation.
- In the course of your work, you will interact with Development, Quality Assurance, and Professional Services colleagues, and with external clients. The ideal candidate is an open and respectful communicator that is comfortable with team collaboration and on client-facing projects.
