LOCATION
Lansing, MI area. This role is only available to local candidates or candidates who will relocate at their own expense.
COMPENSATION
$80K to $120K, commensurate with experience.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar discipline
REQUIRED
- Senior Quality Assurance Analyst capabilities on large software implementations with 8-10 years of experience in the field. ERP implementations a big plus.
- Experience developing test plans, test scenarios and test scripts.
- Experience facilitating user acceptance testing sessions, interacting with test subjects, eliciting and documenting meaningful comments.
- Experience documenting the results of user acceptance testing and presenting results in a meaningful way to project stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working through risk mitigation strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills related to working in large complex program/project environments
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Business Analyst, Developers, Business Operations, and other QA staff to ensure that business requirements are testable and verifiable as identified by the project team in order to ensure requirements traceability and delivery of expected functionality.
- Develop and implement quality assurance measures for all aspects of project planning and execution.
- Develop and execute program and system test and acceptance processes.
- Assist in identification of project risks and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop user acceptance test plans and assist teams in the development of test scenarios and scripts.
- Provide hands-on quality assurance on major projects.
- Assist in driving defect resolution.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring project scope is controlled.
- Facilitate end user acceptance testing sessions including interaction with test subjects to elicit meaningful comments.
- Document the results of user acceptance testing and facilitate sessions in which clients review user acceptance testing results.
