COMPENSATION
$32 to $44/hr (potentially higher for exceptional fit candidate) plus benefits
This is a 12 month contract with possibility of extensions.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
REQUIRED
- 5 years of related experience commissioning test cells
PREFERRED
- Systems understanding of engine testing
- Software experience with modeling (MatLab)
- Software experience with data acquisition, data logging, report creation and evaluation.
- Experience communicating with ECU's
- Understanding of transducers (pressure, flow, speed, torque), signal conditions and calibration.
OVERVIEW
- Commission test cells at customer location
- Set up, configure and troubleshoot our client's equipment interfaced to customer equipment
- Assist customer with development of model-based test systems
- Tune control loops
- Initiate and monitor test
