You will work in partnership with technical project leadership to ensure the proper priority and allocations are made to support successful management of multi-disciplinary teams working across multiple concurrent projects.

COMPENSATION
This is a six-month contract-to-hire opportunity. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
During the contracting portion of the assignment, you will be a direct-hire employee of Stout Systems and eligible for benefits.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree is required
REQUIRED
- The ideal candidate will have a background in a PMO office or in a consulting company with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience managing software or Web development project teams through the full software/product development life cycle (SDLC/PDLC)
- Experience with a variety of project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. You must be team-oriented and able to work in a close-knit environment.
- Because our client is a U.S. Department of Defense contractor, you must be a U.S. Citizen
PREFERRED
- Government contract management experience a plus
- PMP certification would be nice to have
