REQUIRED
- Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory
- Proficient with administering Microsoft Exchange
- Familiar with troubleshooting in a variety of Windows desktop operating systems
- Good familiarity with Citrix Technologies
- Good familiarity with VMWare management
- Personal characteristics: must be extremely detail-oriented, flexible, high energy, capable of working independently but possessing good team player skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- You must be able to work in an after hours on-call support rotation
OVERVIEW
- Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware and peripherals
- Perform daily system monitoring
- Create, change and delete user accounts
- Create, change and delete email accounts, distribution lists and other mailboxes
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades and resource optimization as required
- Assist with troubleshooting and completion of Help Desk Ticket issues
- Act as 1st level support for the IT Department, and participate in IT Emergency On-Call support rotation
