REQUIRED
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an ORACLE 11g DBA, supporting OLTP systems in a Linux environment.
- Demonstrate great analytic skill. Able to independently troubleshoot application issues with vendors' technical support.
- Self-motivated to learn additional skills outside of DBA duties, supporting various applications as a team player.
PREFERRED
- 2+ years of experience as a MS-SQL Server DBA.
- 1+ years of experience as a Postgres DBA
- Experience in one or all of the following: JavaScript, Bash, Python
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with Openstack environments
- Experience with data warehouse tools (Greenplum/GridSQL)
- Experience with high volume database systems and scalability constraints
- Experience with PostGIS, Slony, pg_queue, pg_bouncer
